Sainsbury's Bank came to us with the goal of reducing the amount of daily calls they get to their help desks. Partnered with a user experience designer, we worked on re-designing the customer support section of the Sainsbury's Bank website from the ground up; completely re-imagining the user journeys into more cohesive and logical flows. Based on user testing, the final designs adopt customer support patterns familiar to users, with large search boxes and FAQ lists. The clean, no clutter designs are easily scannable, keeping the most important information at the top the the page.
